Hello, there.
Creative nonfiction audio is one of my favorite ways to hear and tell a good story, and “a good story” is what this show is after. Star Wars is just the thing that all the stories on this show have in common.
Most episodes are their own complete thing, rather than being part of a serialized arc that builds from one episode to the next. So it’s not a limited series, but rather (as a certain Sheev might say) an UNLIMITED SERIES!
That said, the limit does exist (whoops, wrong movie) and that limit is that this kind of audio production tends to be a bit of a Zillo Beast to put together, so new episodes are released… whenever they are ready.
About me
My name is Derrick. I am a fan of Star Wars and audio storytelling. I have worked as an audio producer, editor, and engineer since 2013. I live in New York City.
Tell me a story!
I am always on the lookout for true, character-driven stories with conflicts, surprises, and stakes. Did you break up with your boyfriend after watching Return of the Jedi? Were you an extra on Skeleton Crew but got cut from the final show because you kept sneezing on set?
The connection to Star Wars is the least important feature of the stories I’m looking for. In fact, a perfect story for this show might not even be directly related to Star Wars. Have you ever been shocked to find out your parent is someone you didn’t expect them to be? I am looking for you specifically. (Seriously. Please get in touch.)
